ESD Australia has commenced running courses for IT and Physical
Security Staff in Electronic Surveillance Awareness. The course is a
half day and includes subjects such as: Types of Electronic
Surveillance, Surveillance Devices, Office Policies and Professional
TSCM Inspection Preparation. ESD Australia hopes that other companies
will also adopt a similar approach to client awareness. And hopefully
we will not need to re-educate clients after each inspection quite so
often.
It is our opinion that it is best for each of our clients offices to
have at least one person who can be responsible for Electronic
Surveillance preventative measures and to covertly conduct
preliminary
preparations prior to formal inspections.
