D.C. Real Estate Exclusive Deals,Conflict of Interest and Insurance targets

in my humble opinion and pardon my grammar

 in the Wa****gton Post, June ,26, 07;"
Handling of deal to sell Library,Fire House,irks residents", we learn
that the West End Library and Fire House  ,23-24 streets and L
street  NW, prime locations in the great DC, are going to the
company ,EastBanc, where the husband of D.C.  Att.Gen.Singer , Joseph
Sternlieb, works as exec. VP, and the o.k. last week by the Council
was after the City only "deal"  with EastBanc,exclusively !!! ....
when public property switches to private in deals, studies about
electric cables and transformers , sewage,water, gas,
fire,engineering, insurance, taxes, obligations,etc., must be
approverd,but no ! here the Council and the Mayor just said yes to
the
husband
of the A.G. Singer and this amazing chunk of Wa****ngton DC,where
Wa****ngton,Jefferson,
Franklin,Lincoln and other great Americans walk around and think
about
the Future of the USA
is going to fill the bank account of a few wise connected guys,
wonderful !


this is a bad start by the Mayor,but hey ! it's DC, so whats new ?
criminal
incompetence, greed,fraud, no-bid contracts, hanky-panky, self-
dealing, insider trading ......what are the 2008 candidates
going to do about this garbage? ............the mayor " could " be
setting up bicycle lanes and parking, trucking beach sand to the
River
and with showers, building nice beaches like in Paris and Asia,
cleaning up the wonderful fish market with flowers, benches, walks,
music and water taxis, making DC a great place for music,theater,
art,
Farmers markets, solar panels and concentrators on every roof and lamp
post, new HYDROGEN FUELCELLS FOR BUILDINGS  LIKE IN TOKYO , WiFi and
WiMax citywide and ethanol E-85 in every gas stations ( right now
there is only one ! ) ,plug-ins for cars and electric cars and trucks
for the City, Wa****ngton DC must be the leader ( right now they break
the water fountains in train stations to force people to buy suggary
sodas) , new solutions and fresh ideas,making D.C. great ! instead of
ugly secret quick
deals to feed a few operators ! shame !


and this deal in D.C. is the same "root" as the WTC :buy public
property and quick ,build expensive offices and condos ,insure very
high and with " facilitated terror attack " , create political gain
and control, it's the same as WTC ,so i hope the Europeans next door
don't get involved ,lease this corrupt deal and fall for the trap,
lets hope so ! , CHECK ALL THE INDIVIDUALS  INVOLVED HERE, CHECK THE
INSURANCE COMPANIES, CHECK THE CONTRACTORS AND CONSTRUCTION GROUPS,
CHECK THE BROKERS AND BANKERS AND YOU WILL SEE A GROUP OF MOSTLY
NEOCONS,THE SAME GROUP THAT TOOK OVER THE PLAZA HOTEL IN NYC AND
INSURE IT FOR BILLIONS OF DOLLARS, JUST LIKE THE WTC, CHECK !
