These cameras have been kicking up in Lowes stores at closeout prices.
They are meant for use with a hard wired GE b&w monitor that supplies
the appropriate DC voltage to the camera. There are no specs or
instructions provided with the camera packaging - not even a mention of
the resolution or viewing angle. Has 2 RCA plugs for audio & video and a
standard - but male - DC plug to provide power.
Anyone dealt with these cameras? Or maybe have the associated monitor to
check what output it supplies for the camera power cable? I need to know
what DC voltage to supply, and the polarity of the plug. The DC plug and
the camera case provide no polarity or voltage info.
I've tried to get the housing open - at least I could get the polarity
of the DC plug figured out - but can't get the case open after removing
the 2 screws I found on the housing.
