Giving Mike answers is akin to feeding rocking horses...although he does
show the occasional spark.

I dont have to be a succsesful athlete (like me) to develop ability to
coach
someone to find` their own capacity.

GDay....Hope you are suitably refreshed.
When someone is at the stage of needing to be shown how to cross a busy
highway, show them.
When they need to learn how to find information, take them to a library,
or
, these days , how to Gurgle :-) (sounds more fitting somehow).
When someone wants to find answers, show them how to go within.
Having been through each stage, I can clearly observe the difference, and
live acordingly.
