due to an imperfection in the duplication mechanism, our chromosomes, which
hold all our genes, do not copy correctly when new cells are created,
specifically at the chromosome ends.
however chomosomes never get longer, but only shorter, and as each year of
our lives p*****, tiny bits of genetic information located at the
chromosome
ends are forever lost.
this does not have an effect on our ***ual reproduction, since all sperm
and
egg cells are already present at birth, an no new ones are being created
during our live time.
but all our other body cells hold less and less perfect chromosomes each
time these cells are being replaced by new ones.
so what do chromosomes do?
well their job is to hold and give out instructions on the cellular level
to
produce the (bio)chemicals that keep us alive, like enzymes and vitamins.
as our chromosomes get shorter, some of these instruction sequences are
lost
and consequently some necessary (bio)chemicals will not be produced.
as a result, gradually our bone tissue brittles, our skin rinkles, our
brains slow down, our organs deteriorate and eventually, as a combined and
final result, our heart will fail, on average after 80 years.
typically, at about two thirds of that period, people start developing
cancer, because their bodies do not produce sufficient (bio)chemicals to
ward it off, like it did before.
much of these chemicals however are available in abundance in fruit. so if
you have cancer, eating various kinds of fruit in relevant quantities,
like
in 2 pounds a day, may actually reenable your body to heal the cancer.
for optimal effect, you should take the fruit like in a cure, for any
sustained period from 1 month to 2 years, after which you should gradually
build down taking it, because to the body, fruit in these quantities is
addictive.
specifically to battle bacterial infections, like in tooth roots and
appendices, which are quite likely to show up if you quit the cure
immedeately.
