Description of Problem: Course was ordered on 10/13/2005 with request of
"Next Day Delivery" for an additional charge of $6.95. It is now
10/19/2005
and the order has yet to be received. 4 attempts to contact the company,
according to their method, received no response. Subsequently, the charge
to
my credit card has been cancelled.
The company finally responded saying I had not requested next day
delivery.
I sent them a copy of *their* confirmation of my order which clearly shows
the request and the additional charge.
This company is probably making a lot of money with this scam and people
should be made aware of this underhanded method.
