Issue Regulations: The US Navy Honorable Sevice Lapel Pin

The US Navy Honorable Service/Discharge button or pin is authorized to all

Naval personnel who are entitled to all personnel Honorably Discharged. 
Naval personnel who have completed an enlistment in the Navy as part of 
their obligations shall be deemed qualified. The Honorable discharge
button 
or pin may be worn on civilian clothes only by eligible personnel, active 
or separated.
