Why don't we do it this way:  

John McCain missed 691 of 4057 votes (17%) since Feb 4, 1993. The graph

There, now I ask you:  If your employer were to pick an employee; one 
who took off 22% time off, or a second employee who took 17% tine off, 
which one would he choose to lay off if he had to?  I am assuming you 
are employable of course.  But then again.......



And now to your original question:

So let me turn that question around back to you:  How do you like the 
"fact" that Obama missed 22% of his votes in the Senate?  Do you think 
he is representing Illinois as promised?  

There.  I think that settles our debate here.  That is of course unless 
you enjoy bringing a knife to a gun fight.
