That happens when a representative runs for President.  I don't know if 
your accusation is accurate, but unless you have a reliable site, I 
would have to look it up. 

In our area for instance we have Dennis Kookcinich.  This was his last 
bid for President even though he stood no chance.  The previous 
election, he wouldn't drop out no matter what.  He then told his 
constituents he would never try to run for President again.  And as we 
have just seen, he lied. 

Dennis is a representative of the Cleveland, Ohio area.  While Dennis 
was our Congressman, Cleveland was rated the poorest city twice in three 
years.  Recently, the census had Cleveland down as number one in the 
fastest decreasing population city in the country.  And do you know what 
Dennis is doing?  He is running around the halls of Congress trying to 
impeach Bush which like his Presidential run--knows it's impossible. 

I could go on and on about Dennis, but the point here is don't throw 
rocks inside of a glass house.  I've heard that Obama has missed a lot 
of time as well, and considering he has only been a Senator for three 
years, he has spent little time at work because this past year he was 
running for President as well.
