yeah -- he did finish in the bottom 1% of his class -- was in involved in 
losing 5 -- count them 5 -- planes -- was guilty of adultery & 
fraternization with subordinates -- was neck deep in the Savings & Loan 
scandal --- and has currently missed his last 76 -- count them 76 ---
votes 
in the Senate ---  who needs to make up stuff about him?
