Whilst I can fully understand the need and desire for doing Risk

for cadet activities, why do we have a system which demands that we do the
whole thing evey time we do a repeat event?
Why can't we have a system whereby you generate a full set of
do***entation
the first time, then on repeats of the activity we simply confirm that we
have checked the process and that there are no changes?
