We have used the camp approx twice a year over the last 10 or more years
As far as accommodation goes it is generally good, cadets sleep in dorms
with
anything upto 12 cadets per dorm, staff are accommodated in single rooms
away
from the cadets. All rooms have a bed and mattress but bring your own
bedding.
Good showers
In my opinion the quality of the food has got worse over the last 5 or
more
years, possibly paer and parcel of contract catering, meals are:-
Cooked breakfast
Packed Lunch
Cooked Dinner
No Naffi facilities, there is only a television room with a soft drinks
and
coffee machine
There are two lecture rooms that are bookable when you arrive.
Generally speaking there is very little in terms of entertainment for the
cadets of an evening, just make sure you tire them out sufficiently every
day
so that they do not run riot around the camp of an evening.
For the staff there are one or two pubs/hotels nearby (2-5mins driving)
If you need any more info please e-mail me
Regards
