I don't know anything about Canadian procedures, so here is a U.S. answer
that should work.
Go to the clerk's office of the courthouse containing the probate court
where the probate case was conducted. Check out the case file. The will
is
in the case file. You can read the file or you can buy a copy of whatever
pages from the file that you want. If you don't live in the area of that
court, you can send someone in to get the copy for you. I send process
servers to do that sort of thing.
