Out of the blue a big time big city lawyer from a BIG law firm filed
suit against me. He alleged I breached a contract with a credit card
company. The only two problems were that I didn't have that credit card
with that company and the first name was spelled one letter different.
A phone call to the law firm got a discourteous reply and a denial of
serving the wrong person and I owed the debt and he was going to sue to
get the money.
I appeared in court to defend myself, to show the court that he made a
mistake when a local attorney showed and approached me and asked how I
was going to settle.
I showed him the facts I had and he approached the bench and told the
judge he wasn't going to represent the company and had the case
continued. It was about this time I received my jurisdictionary course
on how to defend myself in court. I got it here
www.jurisdictionary.com/index.asp?refercode=BJ0006.
Due to the fact that all the attorneys allegations were cookie cutter
type allegations I filed a request for production of do***ents. The I
filed for interrogatories too. The attorney objected to everything. I
filed second requests then I filed for sanctions against the attorney.
The 2 months to the Court date was coming on fast with no reply from the
Big Time Big City Attorney.
Since the Credit Card Company couldn't come up with the production of
do***ents and didn't want any employee to appear in Court the Big Time
Big City Attorney filed a dismissal and went away.
If it was for all the information I received from Jurisidctionary, I
would have had a big judgement against me and my credit ruined.
