I need a listing of local California web sites that allow the
posting of the names and badge numbers of corrupt and rouge cops and
departments. There seem to be only a couple.
Ideally, these sites would act as a repository for the names and
badge numbers of bad cops and for dexcriptions of their bad acts so
that lawyers and future litigants would have a publically available
source of historical officer conduct.
Such sites would make actions easier because of witness availability
for proof of patterns of conduct.
