Court Supervision

by Benny Van <fyf5555841@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Oct 3, 2008 at 11:57 PM

Hello all,

I have a question, I had a speed ticket asking for no court appearance
and could apply the court supervision. I did that, paid the traffic
safety school fee and the fine. Got my driver's license back and I am
waiting for them to inform the driving school time...however I am just
stupid the next day...I used my smartphone to answer a phone call, and
used the headset on two ears...and saw by a police officer...took my
license and asked me to pay again...another ticket. But he said it was
not a moving violation.

My question, I know the court supervision will ask people no moving
violation in 120 days, but I am not sure if I am correct. Who could
tell me what this ticket will affect my previous request. And what I
need to do with this ticket. Of course I will plead guilty, and do I
need to ask for supervision again???

Thanks

Ben
