Hello,
I=92m a NC driver. Recently I got a speeding ticket ( 79 in a 65 zone)
in Montgomery County of Virginia. I already had speeding ticket ( 57
in 45 zone ) approx. 2 years ago in NC for which I got PJC[ Prayer
for justice =85. i.e. I did not get any DMV or insurance Points ].
Just wanted guidance as to what are my best options to handle this
ticket so that I have no/minimal impact on my DMV/Insurance records.
If anyone have a reference for good attorney who can help me out
here , please let me know. I also have few questions.
1) How many points ( Insurance & DMV ) do I get for this ticket
2) As now , I got my 2nd traffic offence in less than 3 year since
my last PJC, will I get points for my NC ticket as well?
