An Arlington Heights man was arrested Wednesday on his 10th drunken
driving
charge, authorities said.
Patrick J. Kolman, 48, was charged with aggravated DUI and aggravated
driving with a revoked license, prosecutors said. Bail was set at
$150,000.
Assistant State's Atty. Matthew Medina said Kolman also was on parole for
a
2000 federal bank robbery conviction.
Kolman was arrested at 3:30 a.m. after police officers said they saw him
driving erratically at Arlington Heights Road and Central Avenue.
The latest DUI charge is a Class X felony for which probation would not be
allowed if Kolman is convicted, and could result in a sentence of 6 to 30
years in prison, prosecutors said.
