Does this seem workable?

I had an idea for a pm the other day... seems too simple, but I keep 
thinking it should work. Essentially it is this: take a volume of H2O and 
place it in a vacuum - it will boil at room temp - forever right? Suspend
an 
array of piezo electric generators above the boil so that the bubbles tap 
the generators and produce electricity?

Anyone think this sounds workable?
