EARTHQUAKES HIT JAPAN AND INDONESIA.
Two separate earthquakes occurring at the same time have rocked Japan
and Indonesia.
The Japanese quake struck off Hokkaido - the main northern island.
Japan's Meteorological Agency immediately issued a mild warning of
tsunami seismic waves.
The Indonesian quake hit the eastern Maluku islands. Rated 7.6 in
magnitude earthquake, it happened at a depth of 10 kilometers, 122
kilometers northwest of Ternate city in North Maluku province,
according to the meteorology and geophysics bureau.
