I've got a building lot in Sunny Hills (deed restricted) subdivision
in NW Florida. The lot is about .41 acre and is tax valued at 23,000.
The subdivision has an 18-hole golf course and is located about 40
miles north of Panama City, Florida. Panama City is famous for
sugar-sand beaches -- really beautiful. A major air****t is being put
in Panama City in the next few years.
I'm looking for 10+ acres in south-central Colorado or SW Colorado.
Ideally, the land would be south facing, mountainous with trees and a
stream or water source. Some small patches of level or near-level
land would be nice. Not worried about phone or electrical. I'm
looking for really secluded land not particularly easy to get to --
access by 4-wheel drive preferred.
I would be willing to trade or trade+cash for the right property. What
have you got?
