The Holburne failed in its planning and listed building consent
applications 
in July of this year.

The Heritage Lottery Fund trustees have adopted a dual standard, bent
their 
own rules, and extended the funding decision deadline, so that The
Holburne 
Trustees can launch an appeal.

This development must be stopped.  The Holburne Trustees must not be
allowed 
to destroy the World's only 18th Century Pleasure Garden still in use as a

public park with a totally inappropriate building.  Please help.
