Some NOAA data suggest that the average temperature of the oceans down
to 3000 feet hasn't changed over the past 5 years.

This doesn't necessarily say anything about O2 levels because
temperatures could be increasing where there more life and decreasing
where there's less life.

The entire Pacific doesn't get warmer with El Nino
