What are the typical levels for blood glucose
with people on ketogensis diets and is there a
known lower bound on the blood glucose levels
that when fallen below that bound causes
irreparable damage to brain tissue?
I know the body can inefficiently breakdown
fat to convert to glucose, but I would imagine
this process, ultimately being long winded,
would lend itself to parts of the brain being
starved, and thus might cause irreparable
damage to certain parts of the brain.
Hopefully the above is clear!
