No you are not a counselor of any sort. in the United States the Term
counselor is reserved for licensed professionals, in the state of
california you must have passed a licensing test by a state approved
licensing body. The AFA is not a state approved licensing body. by
calling yourself a counselor you are committing an act of fraud,
according the state professional license board.
I have Zero delusions. Just as you have Zero Degrees in Psychology or
art. SDSU doesn't offer nor have they ever offered the degrees which
