I saw Dr. Barbara Forest who has been labeled as "Evil, Evil Woman" for
testifying against the creationists in the Dover, PA trial on evolution.
Her
lecture is great and I got an autographed copy of her book. She kicks the
booty and hurts the creationists up, down, left and right. She and her
associates did not take one penny for their long difficult work. However,
all
of the creationists were paid even the ones who did not testify at the
court.
This is a sore point with the creationists that she talks about this and
they
call her Dr. Barking Dog. Check her out on the web and read about this

I have seen the show on Discovery called Life after People twice. It
talks
about how our planet will heal itself after people are gone. The only
evidence of man will be three sites. One is the Great Wall of China, the
burial structures in Gaza, Egypt, and Mount Rushmore.
The problem is that reinforced concrete is partly metal which rusts out
making
the concrete useless. Cars will last for 75 years on average before
turning
into piles of rust. The best part is what happens to the animals, plants
and
the seas. The program is totally cool!
